Be Responsible!

A lot of people say that they hate the cops and that they hate the authorities because they are always messing with them. Granted sometimes the cops and authorities do discriminate against people because they are stereotyping. There is a saying that if you did not do anything, then you will be ok. People wonder why they are always getting "picked" on by the cops and authorities. Have you ever looked at what you are doing or what is going on in your life? Have you ever looked at yourself and asked yourself, "Self are you living right?" Some of us are not always being responsible. If you are driving around with a jacked up license, do you expect to be left alone? God knows when you are living wrong and not being responsible, so HE will allow things to happen to you to help you wake up and start living responsibly. Do you think if your smoking weed or selling it that your living responsibly? Maybe your not "doing" anything but smoking and you ride by a cop and he smells the "aroma". When he pulls you over and wants to search the vehicle, you have to take responsiblity for your actings and ask yourself what you did wrong. If you live responsible, you have nothing to worry about the majority of the time. Notice I said the majority of the time! There are some exceptions. For the most part though, if you do want is right, your life will have one less worry in it. Just try to be more responsible!

Romans 13: 1-3

1 -3Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it's God's order. So live responsibly as a citizen. If you're irresponsible to the state, then you're irresponsible with God, and God will hold you responsible. Duly constituted authorities are only a threat if you're trying to get by with something. Decent citizens should have nothing to fear.
